Shipping and Returns

Kopper & Zink reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Kopper & Zink stockist. Items purchased from a Kopper & Zink stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. Kopper & Zink cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of   


- All Australian orders incur a - AUD$15 shipping fee.

- All International orders incur a - US$30 shipping fee



- Kopper & Zink online delivers domestically within Australia excluding Christmas Island.

- Kopper & Zink deliver global locations as per attached DHL shipping list (attachment)




All goods purchased on will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address;

- All Australian delieveries will be made within 2-5 days via Aus Post

- All International deliveries will be made within 2-5 days via DHL


Please Note: rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Please Note; once an order has been dispatched, Kopper & Zink is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your parcel.




Kopper & Zink is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please contact: within 14 days of receipt to organize an exchange or return. A returns number will be allocated and a returns delivery address.

Garment must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with garment tags and hygiene liner in place.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging fees. We recommend using a registered postal service with tracking details, as Kopper & Zink is not liable for the loss of any product during the return.

Returns will be processed between 3-5 days upon being received.

Refunds will be issued (excluding original shipping costs) through original payment method via Paypal.

Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be reimbursed unless the item is deemed faulty by a Kopper & Zink representative.
